Last week I took my telescope (D=150mm ; F=750mm) and my old Canon 7D camera to do some tests, for fun !
Original size : 3400 pixels high, 39 pictures. The telescope has a large aperture, which made it possible to take pictures at 1/5000 s The focus was not easy, nor the adjustment of the horizon line. It was really cool to see the Alps with the telescope, better than the pictures with my camera ! I will try again in better conditions on a thermal inversion day, with my 6D MkII and my computer for better focus. Original picture with Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and another one with Mont-Blanc https://photos.app.goo.gl/RHk9haf278LeEMfA7

Ciao, Alvise
@Alvise
I think the the maximum distance in this panorama should be about 210km (Täschhorn and Zinalrothorn) ... I've labelled some distances in my panorama #35265 with a focal length of 520mm.
Usually
Usually I use the adapter for astronomy photos (planets, comets, moon...) !
