Today, while we are at the top of the heat, by chance I stumble upon this strange, but at least refreshing, picture.
Surely not a masterwork but... where is it taken?

I think the "channel" leads to a "piano" ... but not to one like on Ben Nevis ;-) at least that's my first thought before I shut down the computer!! Great and refreshing panorama, Alberto.

Il luogo esatto non lo so, ma credo che siamo vicini a un tuo "posto del cuore"...

... e credo che la montagna-indizio più rivelatrice sia lievemente nascosta a destra della valle che si vede. D'altra parte anche le pale (Pale) di sinistra non sono niente male; zoccoli mostruosi di mughi che stroncherebbero qualsiasi alpinista, e poi le pareti vere e proprie...

Ottima! Anche se avevo sbagliato tutto...
